Manchester United have joined Liverpool and Arsenal in the race to sign Julian Draxler from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily mirror is claiming that the Red Devils are now amongst the teams keeping tabs on the 23-year-old’s situation amid reports that he could be sold by PSG before the end of the month.

The same report says that Draxler has been put up for sale by the Ligue 1 champions in the wake of their world-record deal to sign Neymar from Barcelona.

The story says that the attacking midfielder will be allowed to leave PSG for just £32m this summer, and that Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all interested.

The same article says that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been tracking Draxler’s progress since he broke into youth teams in Germany.

It is also claimed that Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho wants to make one more signing before the close of the summer transfer window and could now turn his attentions towards trying to sign Draxler from PSG in a cut-price deal.

Manchester United have signed Victor Lindelof, Nemanja Matic and Romelu Lukaku so far this summer.
