Ivan Perisic has been linked with a transfer to Manchester United all summer long but the move has not come into fruition as of yet and it looked like the Croatian international would be staying put at Inter Milan, with the Italian giants recently having offer the attacker a new contract.
However, Football Italia have reported that Perisic’s agent, Fali Ramadani, is still looking to help his client earn a move to United and has allegedly met up with Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho as well as the club’s director to discuss a potential move.
According to the reports, Ramadani has updated United about the terms Inter have put on the table for Perisic to consider and revelations have been made that the Nerazzurri have offered the attacker a contract extension till 2021, with a salary increase from €3.5million-per-year to €5million-per-year.
Despite the significant raise in salary from Inter, United are still capable of offering Perisic much more money and Ramadani is currently said to be looking to find out whether the Red Devils will approach the Italian giants with another bid for the ex-Borussia Dortmund star.
